Our Method: Observe, Measure, Build, Verify

DLab stands for Digital Laboratory. The “D” in our logo represents a microscope: we observe and measure workflows before implementing systems.

What We Actually Do

We configure, extend, and manage Odoo systems (supporting versions 18, 19, and future stable releases) on isolated Google Cloud projects as a managed service. The client receives full administrator access within the Odoo application, allowing complete database export and data portability. Most of the time, the work consists of precise interventions for specific bottlenecks, such as a kiosk interface for a processing plant, custom exchange rules for an agricultural terminal, or POS inventory synchronizations.

What We Don’t Do

What we commit to NOT doing:

• We don’t sell proprietary software licenses. Odoo is open-source. If you decide to migrate, you can export your entire database and run it with any other Odoo integrator.
• We don’t run an unmanaged OS layer. By keeping the server filesystem containerized and isolated under our managed service standard, we guarantee maximum uptime and prevent accidental configuration drift.
• We don’t resell cloud hosting. We configure only the necessary infrastructure on your GCP project, and you pay Google directly only for what you use.
• We don’t do slide decks. Our architecture lives in production, not PowerPoint.

We’ve delivered technical 3D modeling, lightweight business-card websites, ad campaign setup, and data migration from legacy systems. If a client needs a one-page site on €5/month hosting instead of a full ERP, we’ll say so and build that. We don’t prescribe surgery when a bandage works.

Our Lab Does More Than ERP

We have designed custom database views, automated legacy system data extraction, and configured search-optimized web frontends. If a client needs a simple static webpage instead of a full ERP system, we will explicitly recommend that. We avoid over-engineering; if a lightweight workflow adjustment solves the bottleneck, we configure that instead of deploying heavy enterprise structures.
