We begin with an in-depth process audit, not speculative estimates. We map your actual physical workflows, interview system operators, and document data bottlenecks. This paid diagnostic phase ensures that system design is based on empirical data.

Before we write code, we benchmark the problem. How long does the operation take now? How many errors happen each week? What does it actually cost? If we can't measure it, we don't build for it.

We use the simplest solution that fits the measured problem. Sometimes that's an Odoo extension (supporting Odoo 18, 19, and future stable versions). Sometimes it's a custom script. Sometimes it's removing a step that should not exist. We deploy on your cloud, under your billing.
